The Municipality of Lilo-an invites interested suppliers/contractors to pre-qualify/apply for eligibility and subsequently to bid for the following:

 
Submission of Letter of Intent & Issuance of Bid Documents:  December 28, 2009 (9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.)  

Submission of Eligibility Documents:  December 29, 2009 (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Eligibility Checking:  December 29, 2009

Pre-bid conference:  January 04, 2010 (2 p.m. @ SB Session Hall)

Opening of Bids:  December 14, 2010 ( 2:00 p.m. @ SB Session Hall)

Bid evaluation:   January 18, 2010

Post-qualification:  January 18, 2009     

All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as prescribed under Section 27 of R.A. 9184 and its IRR-A.  Failure to enclose the required Bid Security shall automatically disqualify the Bid concerned.

The Municipality of Lilo-an reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waives any required formality and award bids, as evaluated to be most advantageous to the Municipality.
