In reference to Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid (ITAEB) dated December 15-23, 2009 all prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following changes, to wit:
a. Estimated Cost from Php 4,999,959.41 to Php 7,858,319.64; and
b. Total number of post is fifty-two (52) pieces.
All other details pertaining to the above quoted Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid is the same.
