Opening of Bids: February 12, 2010 ( 2:00 p.m. @ SB Session Hall)
Bid evaluation: February 18, 2010
Post-qualification: February 22, 2010
All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as prescribed under Section 27 of R.A. 9184 and its IRR-A. Failure to enclose the required Bid Security shall automatically disqualify the Bid concerned.
The Municipality of Lilo-an reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waives any required formality and award bids, as evaluated to be most advantageous to the Municipality.
