The Municipality of Lilo-an invites interested suppliers/contractors to pre-qualify/apply for eligibility and subsequently to bid for the following:

Submission of Letter of Intent: March 02, 2010 (9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.)  

Issuance and Availability of Bid Documents: March 02, 2010 (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Pre-bid Conference:  March 12, 2010 (2 p.m. @ SB Session Hall)

Submission and Receiot of Bids:  March 15, 2010 ( 2:00 p.m. @ SB Session Hall)

Bid evaluation:   March 16, 2010

All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as prescribed under Section 27 of R.A. 9184 and its IRR-A.  Failure to enclose the required Bid Security shall automatically disqualify the Bid concerned.

The Municipality of Lilo-an reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waives any required formality and award bids, as evaluated to be most advantageous to the Municipality.
