In reference to Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid (ITAEB) for the purchase of medicines all prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following changes, to wit:

           a.  Estimated Cost from Php 499,441.08 to 489,641.08

           b.  Estaimted Cost from Php 247, 715.64 to 247, 668.14

All other details pertaining to the above quoted Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid is the same.
