NOW, therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED that the Municipal Mayor enter into Memorandum of Agreement with the Visayan Electric Company for the consummation of the VECO Educational Upliftment Program for Barangay Lataban Elementary School.
