NOW therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that the Municipal Mayor enter into Memorandum of Agreement with the Aboitiz Foundation Inc. for the construction of the Barangay Tabla, LEVEL III WATER SYSTEM PROJECT.
