The Committee on Peace & Order and Public Safety of the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Liloan, Cebu, respectfully invites you to attend the Committee Hearing on the proposed ordinance entitled:

“AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE WEARING OF BALACLAVAS, FACE MASKS, FACE COVERINGS, HELMETS, AND OTHER GARMENTS OR DEVICES THAT CONCEAL A PERSON’S IDENTITY IN PUBLIC PLACES WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOAN, CEBU, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.”

Venue: 2nd Floor Board Room, Municipal Hall, Liloan, Cebu

The proposed measure seeks to promote public safety, strengthen law enforcement efforts, deter the commission of crimes, and ensure that individuals can be readily identified while in public places, subject to lawful exceptions and constitutional safeguards.
