Happy to have spent my morning welcoming students from all over the Province of Cebu in celebration of DepEd's Buwan Ng Kasaysayan hosted by Liloan.
I was also touched by the affection of our special needs kids to whom I turned over Liloan's brand new and modern Special Education (SPED) Building - the first of its kind in Liloan!
This project was started during the administration of Mayor @dukefrasco and completed during my term.
In Liloan, #Education is Number One!
