"As I mark my 100th day in Office, I am so happy to be able to launch two projects that further our vision for Liloan -- to foster holistic and inclusive development through the elevation of government service.
We unveiled our newly renovated Public Restrooms with the "Rainbow Tribe" mural by Strozzi Abecel Rosende, gender neutral restroom, PWD- and child-friendly restroom, and improved amenities for the public.
We also launched our LILOAN LOVES LGBTs Program -- a historic first where we have granted formal sectoral representation to LGBTs across Liloan's 14 Barangays. We inducted the officers of the Municipal and Barangay LGBT Federations. My dear friend and revered youth leader Mike Lopez delivered an inspirational message. We also offered free services such as counseling and HIV testing by the DOH, free livelihood training through our Alternative Learning System, employment opportunities through our Public Employment Services Sector, and free hair, make up and massage services.
I thank all our Municipal Officials, Department Managers, Municipal Employees, and Government and Private Partners for seeing us through these endeavours!
