Liloan, Cebu mayor Duke Frasco can’t help but share his amusement online after finding a coloring practice sheet for kids made its way to his desk at the capitol.
On Instagram, Frasco snapped a photo of the paper, which showed drawings of various items colored by someone who’s presumably a kid.
“Paperwork #itsmorefuninthephilippines,” he said.
Though he’s no longer surprised to find scratch papers on his desk since the municipal hall reuses paper as part of its greening efforts, he said he’s curious to know which department the colorful paper he came from.
