I inspected the SUBA BRIDGE Construction today and am happy to announce that the Bridge will finally be OPEN FOR PUBLIC USE beginning Monday, 30 October 2017.
Per DPWH, the Bridge will be for LIGHT VEHICLES ONLY while they put in the finishing touches until end of December this year (which is the end date of the project). During this time, vehicles with 6-wheels and above are strictly prohibited.
I thank the DPWH and DUROS and their personnel for their tireless work and for making good on their commitment to my request last July to finish the bridge by October in anticipation of the upcoming holidays.
