In my first term, eight years ago, Liloan could not even afford to buy one motorcycle. Since then our administration has been able to purchase (using only local funds) multicabs for all barangays, motorcycles for all mountain barangays, a Toyota Hilux for each the LITCOM & LPD for emergency use, and now brand new emergency motorcycles.
