On the morning of August 16, 2026, PMSg Albert P. Comeros, Police Community Relations (PCR) Officer, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL Dindo Juanito B. Alaras, Acting Chief of Police (ACOP), conducted an Anti-Bullying and Anti-Drug Awareness Campaign for children and youth at Purok Kalubian, Brgy. Cogon, Poblacion, Liloan, Cebu.
The activity focused on educating the children and youth about the harmful effects of bullying and illegal drugs, while encouraging them to make responsible choices, respect others, and become positive and responsible members of the community. The campaign also emphasized the importance of seeking guidance from parents, teachers, and other trusted adults when faced with challenges or situations involving bullying and substance abuse.
