An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2012-03 entitled “Imposing a Truck Ban and Load Limit, providing penalties for violations thereof and other purposes” and repealing Ordinance No. 2012-06 entitled “An Ordinance amending subparagraph A of Section 3 and 4, Ordinance No. 2012-03, Entitled: Imposing a Truck Ban and Load Limit, Providing Penalties for Violations thereof and other Purposes”, revising the Truck Ban, and Regulating the passage of trucks with containerized cargo in the Municipality of Liloan.
